About Us

Philosophy

Thanks to extensive and long-standing knowledge of the tourism market and an above-average network with tour operators and travel agencies, HR&N has been successful since 2006 in representing international hotels and DMCs (incoming agencies) primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but also in the rest of Europe.

Goals of cooperation

Our first goal is to present our partners to the tour operators both in the catalogs and on their websites. The second step is to support employees in travel agencies with innovative marketing measures when selling hotels or traveling.

These include presentations, trainings, roadshows as well as print and online advertising. Individual trainings directly at the travel agency on site are also carried out. Furthermore, we are happy to help with our expertise and experience in answering customer inquiries or planning B2C events.

Managing Director

Als Geschäftsführerin der Herget Representation & Networking GmbH begann 2006 meine Selbstständigkeit, verbunden mit der Vision, luxuriöse Resorts und attraktive Destinationen auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt zu vertreten.

Innerhalb der nächsten Jahre seit Bestehen der Firma konnten die zu betreuenden Gebiete zunächst auf Benelux, dann Skandinavien bis hin zu Kontinentaleuropa ausgebaut werden. Ich arbeite seit 1992 im Tourismus mit anfänglichen Schwerpunkten für Nord- und Mittelamerika und Asien. Im Laufe der Zeit ist die Welt „ein Dorf geworden“…

So schaue ich mittlerweile gern auf die Erfolge zurück und sehe die Möglichkeiten, die wir in der Zukunft für unsere Partner haben. Ich bin froh und dankbar, diesen Weg eingeschlagen zu haben, auf dem ich noch immer mit dem gleichen Enthusiasmus unterwegs bin.

Business Development Manager

Ich bin in Dänemark geboren lebte aber meistens außerhalb von Dänemark und meine Leidenschaft war immer das Reisen. 20 Jahre war ich in der Tourismusbranche in Portugal tätig.

Zuerst als Portugal-Manager für eine Reiseagentur, dann als General Manager für ein kleines 5-Sterne-Sporthotel und in den letzten Jahren als Commercial Manager für ein Unternehmen, die mehrere Golfplätze und Resorts betrieben. Zudem habe ich auch ein Reisebüro in Portugal gegründet und war Mitgründer und Gesellschafter einer kleinen Flugfirma, und habe damit in den meisten Bereichen des Tourismus gearbeitet.

In den letzten 10 Jahren lebe ich in Deutschland und arbeitete als Sales und Marketing Manager mit Kunden weltweit. Ich werde im Business Development arbeiten, und freue mich auf ein aufregendes Geschäft.

Inna Hosch

Inside Sales Manager

Schon immer begeisterte ich mich für fremde Länder, Kulturen und Sprachen. Während meines Studiums sammelte ich erste praktische Erfahrungen im Eventmanagement Bereich.

Nach meinem Studium arbeitete ich mehrere Jahre erfolgreich als Sales & Marketing Coordinator in einem Verkaufsbüro einer Luxus Hotelgruppe und betreute weltweit Reisebüros und Reiseveranstalter.

Als Sales Manager bei Herget Representation betreue ich zusammen mit Petra die Agentur Abbey Irland & UK. Es ist mir sehr wichtig, unseren Partnern und Kunden den besten Service zu bieten.

Charlotte Rehse

Sales & Marketing Manager

Already during school I dreamed of discovering the world and planned my travels through Europe for the year after graduation.

My open, curious and warm-hearted nature allowed me to quickly immerse myself in other cultures, which accompany me to this day.

It is especially close to my heart to live out and pass on my passion during my studies of marketing and event management at accadis Hochschule in Bad Homburg, which is why I am delighted to actively support HR&N as a dual student.

Belinda Schaffarz

I have been working in social media, marketing and PR in Germany and the UK for over 10 years and have been heavily involved in the strategic brand building of tourist offices and airlines.

During my career to date, I have been responsible for the strategic brand positioning of clients such as South African Tourism, Visit Brighton, Malmö Tourism and Air New Zealand.

I am very passionate about destination marketing, especially in terms of content marketing and building thriving online communities.

Public Relations

I have been working in the tourism industry for over 20 years and have gained extensive experience in PR & Marketing in serving clients from the destination, airline, tour operator and hotel sectors.

I started my career as a PR & Marketing Assistant for South African Airways before I joined the agency side a little more than 12 years ago. During this time I managed the Berlin team of one of the leading tourism PR agencies in Germany. In 2016 I started my own business as a freelancer in order to be able to act more flexibly for my clients.

I love to work interculturally and communicate strategically based on the respective “customer journeys” of my customers’ target groups. I see myself as a creative PR writer and prefer to work on different projects at the same time. The joy of working within a variety of communication channels and approaches and always having my finger on the pulse of the times basically makes me the perfect candidate for a PR lead in the tourism and lifestyle sector.

I’m working for more than 27 years in various areas of tourism and could collect are true colourful kaleidoscope of experiences and most important insights in hotel operations, marketing and communication needs for hotels and destinations.

„What if 7,5 billon inhabitants of our planet realize he or she is the change. It is our responsibility – let’s do it!“ Becoming aware that I want to do my share as well, in 2012, I have founded Green Pearls® GmbH Unique Places with two still partners.

My vision is, that travelers give back while staying in the destinations and at the same time do not have to renounce, but bringing home an unforgettable, sustainable experience.
