Philosophy
We use our extensive and long-standing knowledge of the tourism market and our above-average networking with tour operators and travel agencies to ensure that our hotel and DMC partners (incoming agencies) have a better standing in the market, that their respective concepts are understood and that good networking can also take place. We communicate clearly, are proactive, act transparently and loyally and are always open to criticism.
Goals of cooperation
The first step is to present and place our partners with the tour operators both in the catalogues and on their websites. The second step is to support travel agency staff in selling hotels or roundtrips through innovative marketing measures. This includes presentations, training courses, roadshows as well as print and online advertising.
We also organise individual training courses directly at the travel agency!
Furthermore, we are happy to help with our expertise and experience in answering customer enquiries or planning events.
