The modern and unique 5-star-resort is a member of “Design Hotels” and opened in March 2011. It is located directly on the serenely beautiful Bang Niang beach of Khao Lak as well as close to the Khao Lak National Park, ensuring an intimate proximity to one of a kind tropical nature. The hotel is only an hour drive away from Phuket International Airport. Similan Islands with their world famous reefs are only a short, scenic boat ride away.
All 34 villas and suites merge concrete, wood and nature stone in a perfect harmony yet fascinating contrasts. All are well equipped with a bathroom including a separated bathtub, rain shower and WC, hairdryer, bathrobe & slippers, air-condition, free daily minibar, coffee-/tea facilities, safe, IDD telephone, free wireless high speed internet access, LCD satellite television, Apple technology in-room entertainment system, docking station for iPod and umbrella. 26 villas have a private pool and patio. The 5 Studio Pool Villas (70m²) consist of a stately bedroom verge on the wooden balcony (extra beds are not allowed).
The 8 two-story Duplex 2 Bedroom Villas (90m²) are composed of a downstairs living room and upstairs bedroom with partial seaview.
The 11 two-story Duplex Grand Pool Villas (110m²) have a more spacious layout including an upstairs bedroom with perfect seaview and a downstairs living room.

The La Aranya Restaurant offers miscellaneous menus, designated to modern fusion food, with organic ingredients. It is located right in the heart of the resort with the perfect ocean scenery.
The stylish Pool Bar with its uniquely designed furniture serves drinks and snacks. Private in-room dining can by arranged by the Casa butlers.
Casa’s guests can fully relax on sunloungers by the main pool or go for a walk along the beach. Mountain bikes are available free of charge and the activity team operates and organizes various activities and excursions (extra charge).
